Eustress Inc. invites nominations for its “Why Eustressin Annual Scholarship” award designed to assist African-American male graduate students to achieve their educational goals and attain future career heights in the mental health field.  The winner is chosen based on academic achievement, contributions to the field, and demonstrated commitment/passion to being progressive in mental health.

Eligibility requirements

Must be a current African-American Male student enrolled in a graduate-level mental health-related (i.e., Clinical Psychology, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Counseling) program at an accredited college or university who has excelled academically and has made significant contributions in scholarship and service. 

Deadline to apply

The deadline to apply for the “Why Eustressin Annual Scholarship” is March 31, 2024.

Recipient Notification

The nominees will be notified via the email provided by Monday, April 15, 2024, and will be recognized at the “Let’s Talk About It” Mental Health Awareness Gala on Saturday, May 18, 2024. The winner of the award will be announced that evening.
