Men’s Locker Room Talk

OUR Conference calls

Over 42 million people in the United States have some form of mental illness, and approximately 1 in 25 adults in the U.S. will experience a serious mental illness each year that substantially interferes with their life activities.

The national call-in program, Men’s Locker Room Talk,  is a safe space where Black men can have a comfortable environment to talk about different issues that are key for effective mental wellness.

Each Wednesday at 8 pm EST, Eustress hosts the Locker Room Talk conference call to discuss topics pertaining to mental health like relationships, jobs, politics, and family.

Rwenshaun Miller, Eustress Founder, and Executive Director created the program to provide compassionate, supportive, and non-judgmental support for Black men in a safe and nurturing environment. In these conversations, people have the opportunity to acknowledge negative stressors they may face and the impact it has on their mental health.
